Career Development
Career exploration should begin far before students arrive in high school. Even in elementary school, students can discover more about their interests, and think about what characteristics might be interesting for them in a future career.
In considering what material to present, I use an Action Plan to summarize what I would like to do with students, and what I hope for them to learn.
After conducting lessons, I complete a Results Report to determine whether goals were met, and what I might like to tweak if implementing a similar program again in the future.
