Growth Mindset

Brain is like a muscle.jpg

Growth mindset is a concept conceptualized by Stanford University professor Carol Dweck, and proposes that intelligence and personality are things that can be developed. Having a growth mindset helps us look at challenges and mistakes as opportunities to learn more. If we have a growth mindset, we can actually achieve much more than if we have a fixed mindset, believing that the intelligence we have is static, and additional work or effort will not yield additional benefits.
